You can cancel this SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send “STOP,” we will send you a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again, and we will honor your request promptly.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participating carriers include major carriers in the United States. Carrier coverage and reliability are not guaranteed and may vary. 

  1. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

Consenting to receive text messages from James & Whitney Co. is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can obtain our services without enrolling in this SMS program. 

  1. Scope of Consent

Your consent to receive text messages is specific to James & Whitney Co. and is not shared with or transferred to any other company or organization for their own marketing purposes. 

  1. Privacy

We respect your privacy. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information with subcontractors that provide support services on our behalf (such as our texting platform provider) solely to deliver the Services to you.
