Each of the “Fresh Air” Skylights are able to be opened to allow for open air flow, while the fixed and flat roof skylights are designed only to bring in natural light. A complete line of complementary skylight accessories are also available through VELUX.
One unique feature of all of the “Fresh Air” skylights is the ‘No Leak Promise’, which offers a 10-year warranty on installation and 20-years on glass. As for the Electric and Solar “Fresh Air” Skylights, they offer a rain sensor feature that will close your skylight automatically if inclement weather arises.
